GOT CORN?

How much corn can a farmer pick if a farmer could pick corn????? Well.........when he plants 1/2 an acre of it I guess we have a lot!  We're up to our eyeballs, earballs, and hairballs with corn!  For three solid days we have picked, shucked, silked, washed, boiled, cut and bagged corn till I'm all "corned" out!  LOL

But, with over 60 bags on the freezer, it sure will be a treat this winter!

So glad "my" customer came to visit! I just hope I get that chance before the year is over. Lucky girl to have all that corn, you'll be happy when fall and winter comes! Enjoy, Dawn

Hi Amy, Well I have been there and done that before, we use to also put up cream corn, boy does it make a mess when you scrap the cob. Sure will be good eating this winter. Have fun. Vicky

Every year I do the same thing. In the winter it tastes so much better than the frozen stuff you buy at the store. Just discovered your blog from an advertisement in FOLK Magazine. :)
